چکیده

Our study objective was to assess the effect of various sperm DNA fragmentation levels on clinical intracytoplasmic injection outcome. This retrospective included 392 patients who underwent ICSI and performed testing before procedure. Based cut-off values, were differentiated into 3 groups as <20%, 20%–30% >30%. According female status, favourable group (n = 259) with age <35 years anti-Mullerian hormone level ≥7.1 pmol/L; unfavourable 133) ≥35 ≤7.1 pmol/L. The patient's medical records reviewed, demographic, laboratory data including semen analysis, determined by means chromatin dispersion, hormonal profile regarding cycle collected. cohort reported that reproductive outcomes showed no statistical significance increase levels. In above 30%, females had significantly higher pregnancy rate live birth than females, while fertilisation miscarriage between subgroups. High is linked poor parameters.

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection outcome versus intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection outcome: a meta-analysis.

The development of a modified intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), called intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection (IMSI), demonstrated that a profound morphological investigation of the spermatozoon, under the magnification of 6600 x, enables outcome improvement. The aim of this study was to compare ICSI outcome with IMSI outcome. The meta-analysis results demonstrated no ...

The effect of rhFSH on Sperm DNA Fragmentation and sperm parameters in Oligozoospermia Infertile Men

Background: One of the main causes of male infertility is the negative effects of oxidative stress. Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) plays an essential role in spermatogenesis, as well as in the maintenance of sperm DNA integrity. This study aimed to determine whether the recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (rhFSH) treatment of sperm parameters could positively affect sperm DNA and...

Use of testicular sperm for intracytoplasmic sperm injection in men with high sperm DNA fragmentation: a SWOT analysis

Spermatozoa retrieved from the testis of men with high levels of sperm DNA fragmentation (SDF) in the neat semen tend to have better DNA quality. Given the negative impact of SDF on the outcomes of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), an increased interest has emerged about the use of testicular sperm for intracytoplasmic sperm injection (Testi-ICSI). In this article, we used a SWOT (strengt...
